At Richard Rochon, each fragrance is crafted with intention and care.

Unopened full size bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in resellable condition. Email marketing@richardrochon.com with your order number and we will send instructions.

Once a bottle has been opened we cannot accept it back. Perfume cannot be restocked once it has been sprayed. This is why every full size bottle ships with a sample, so you can try the scent before opening the bottle.

Samples and discovery sets are not returnable. Instead you get what you paid back as credit toward a full size bottle, up to $30.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately at marketing@richardrochon.com, and we will make it right. Client satisfaction is at the heart of what we do, and we're committed to ensuring your experience with Richard Rochon is exceptional in every way.
